BloxWave is committed to fair and transparent policies. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

All purchases on BloxWave are for digital in-game items delivered directly to your Roblox account. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital goods, we operate a strict no-refund policy in most circumstances.

✅ When Refunds ARE Eligible

We will issue a full refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

  • We delivered the wrong item to your account.
  • Your order was never delivered and we cannot fulfil it.
  • A duplicate charge occurred on your payment method.
  • A technical error on our end prevented delivery.
💡In most cases we will offer a replacement of the correct item before processing a monetary refund.

❌ When Refunds Are NOT Eligible

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the item was delivered.
  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
  • Your Roblox account was banned after delivery.
  • You provided an incorrect Roblox username.
  • The item was delivered correctly but you are no longer playing the game.
